The best price, without an intermediary
When you book on this website, you pay for the accommodation, not the platform. Airbnb and Booking add service fees or charge commission, which affects the price. Here, the apartment opposite Château d’Angers is available from €75 per night (excluding cleaning), subject to live calendar availability.
| Direct booking | Platforms | |

| Guest service fees | None | Often added |
| Contact with the host | Direct, by phone or WhatsApp | Through the platform’s messaging service |
| Romantic package and special requests | Available when booking | Depending on the request |
| Calendar | The same, in real time | The same |
The same host, the same quality
Cédric is an Airbnb and Booking Superhost, and the apartment is rated 4.76/5 on Airbnb, 9.2/10 on Booking and 4.9/5 on Google, across more than 500 reviews. Booking direct does not change the accommodation: the same cleaning, the same linen provided and the same 24-hour self check-in.
A quick response
As soon as you enquire, you receive an almost immediate reply with the information you need. Cédric, who lives 500 metres away, will then be on hand for any questions about parking, arrival time, bicycles or a cot.
Secure payment
